• Reservation is confirmed after receiving at least 25% deposit.

• All guest must provide identity document during registration

• Check-in at the hotel is after 14:00.

• Upon check-in, guests must pay the full amount for their stay. Payment can be made in cash, by debit or credit card or by bank transfer.

• The room is available until 11:00 o'clock, check-in after 14h.

• Upon leaving the hotel guests are obliged to personally leave the keys to the Hotel Manager and wait for the villa to be checked.

• Non-registered persons are not allowed to stay at the villa.

• Pets are not allowed in Samovilla.

• Guests are not allowed to bring in and use electric heaters during their stay at the villa.

• Smoking in the villas is prohibited. Any smoking will incur BGN 100 cleaning fee

• The hotel guests should keep silence during night hours (from 22:00 to 08:00).

• The storage of highly flammable, explosive and bulky objects is prohibited in the villas.

• Rearrangement of furniture in the villas is not allowed

• It is prohibited to move any kind of property (towels, towels, equipment, furniture, utensils, etc.) outside the boundaries of the complex.

• The guests of the hotel bear financial responsibility for any damaged and lost property of the hotel.

• In case of found violations of these general rules, violation of statutory rules and laws, damage to the good name and prestige of Samovilla, the owner or manager has the right to terminate the contract and stay of the guests at the hotel.
